Privacy

The parent site collects almost nothing. Here is exactly what it does, and why.

Release alerts

If you leave an email to hear about new tools, we store that address and what you asked about. It is used for one thing: to write to you when something ships. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone, there is no newsletter attached to it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. Leaving your email does not create a product or community account.

Cookies and tracking

We run no analytics on this site. There is no tracking script, no advertising profile, and nothing that follows you to other sites, which is why you have never been shown a cookie banner here. The only cookies we set are the ones the site needs to work: signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in, and signing out clears it. Your light or dark choice is kept in your own browser and never reaches us.

Accounts, sessions and journal data

Creating an account processes your email and the authentication identity behind it, the session records that keep you signed in, your Discord link if you connect one, the entries and settings you save in the Trade Journal, and any media you upload to it — account logos, trade screenshots. All of it is scoped to your signed-in identity, and we use it only to provide, secure and support the product. It is held in an encrypted database, and deleting your account deletes it.

Your journal is yours: we do not read it for marketing, we do not publish it, and we do not use it to make claims about performance.

Data subject access rights

In accordance with applicable privacy regulations, you retain the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal data stored by us. To submit a data request, please write to us.

Informational use

Everything OCCAM Labs publishes — the Discord, the education, the tools — is for information and education. You are responsible for your own decisions and your own risk. This site explains OCCAM Labs; it is not, by itself, the full product experience for Labs, Community, or any tool that follows.

No offer or advice

Nothing here is financial advice, a recommendation, a guaranteed outcome, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument. We are not licensed advisers and we do not manage anyone’s money.

Product terms

VIP is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like. The Community stays free either way, and access to VIP channels and tools follows your membership. Where a product opens deeper functionality, its own terms, onboarding conditions and disclosures are presented from that product’s surface.

Information scope

We do our best to keep what we publish accurate and current, but markets move and we make no warranty that any of it is complete or correct at the moment you read it. Product-specific terms, onboarding details and regulated disclosures belong inside the relevant product.

No financial advice

Trading carries risk, including the loss of your capital. Past results, ours or anyone’s, do not predict future results. If you need advice, speak to someone licensed to give it where you live.

Standing

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which OCCAM Labs operates, and they cover this site. Where a product introduces its own functionality, that product’s terms take precedence within it. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
